4 drops of Grapefruit essential oil
4 drops of Bergamot essential oil
1 drop of Chamomile essential oil
Blend these in a small egg cup of Almond Oil and massage in to your feet and the back of your neck. Add to the bath, or vapourise in an oil burner. Be aware of the possible side effects of essential oils, you can check these in our Oils Directory. If in any doubt, consult a qualified Aromatherapist.
Do not forget that all these oils are available in our on line store.
NEW RESEARCH
A new study in the 'Theraputic Advances in Psychopharmacology,' shows that ROSEMARY can boost mental performance. Voluteers exposed to the aroma of rosemary performed better on mental arithmetic tasks. The chemical componant responsible for this brain boost is called 1,8-cineole and this seems to help attention and memory. Further research is being done in to the impact of rosemary on Alzheimers disease.
If you have exams coming up or just want to boost your memory then get some rosemary essential oil and sniff it.
